Land Administration Boundary Codes and Names – Unique Parcel Identifier (UPI) is a method of identifying the location of a parcel containing a unique series of numbers for state, division/district, county/city/town, section and lot number.

The UPI application facilitates geospatial information sharing and integration of application systems within and between agencies. Generally, UPI codes can be referred for land administration boundaries name and code by the Data Provider.
